Profitability of buy-to-let landlords in the UK 2024

The majority of buy-to-let landlords in the UK generated a profit, according to a survey conducted in the second quarter of 2024. Approximately 16 percent reported a large profit, while 70 percent were profitable, but considered the return on investment small. Meanwhile, five percent were at loss.
