The high-voltage single crystal infrared absorption spectroscopy experiment was conducted at the BL01B infrared spectroscopy and microscopy imaging line station of the National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory in Hefei. The high-voltage experiment was carried out using a diamond cavity device (DAC), The DAC selected BX90 type, and the diamond anvil was artificially synthesized into IIa type diamond using high-temperature and high-pressure methods. The diameter of the anvil surface was 300 μ m, and rhenium sheets were selected as the sealing material with a pre pressing thickness of 35 μ m. A sample chamber with a diameter of 150 μ m was prepared using an electric discharge drilling device, and argon gas was used as the pressure transmission medium. The fluorescence peak of ruby was used for pressure calibration. High quality transparent stone single crystals without inclusions were selected for double-sided polishing of the experimental samples, with a sample size of approximately 40 μ m × 50 μ m × 15 μ m. The infrared spectrometer model is Bruker 66V, equipped with a KBr beam splitter and an FPA detector cooled by liquid nitrogen. The experimental spectrum collection range is 600-6000 cm-1, using transmission mode, with a spot size of 20 × 20 μ m2, 256 scans, and a spectral resolution of 4 cm-1. Diamond anvil and argon gas are used as background spectra.
