Data: Estimates of wildlife species richness, occupancy, and habitat preference in a human-impacted landscape in New York State

Full community matrices for three seasons of camera trapping. Individual count matrices for each species identified each season. Covariate data for study neighborhoods and meta data.The [species common name]_[season].csv sheets are count data matrices from our camera traps. Each row represents an independent camera location and each column represents a unique date from our camera trap season. Note: many of the data sheets contain mostly or all zeroes, indicating that the species of interest was not detected.
