Employment in periods of crisis (Spain)

The dataset contains regional-level information for the Autonomous Communities of Spain and includes three key labor market indicators: the employment rate, the temporary employment rate, and the educational attainment level (IEPO). All variables are disaggregated by gender (men and women) and cover three benchmark years that capture both the effects of the global financial crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic: 2008, 2020, and 2023. This structure allows for territorial and gender-based comparisons of labor market performance over time, with particular emphasis on the dynamics of temporary employment and educational differences across regions.
