Consultation for the West Coast Groundfish Fishery with regard to impacts on the sunflower sea star, which was proposed for listing as threatened. The proposed action is likely to adversely affect the species, but not result in jeopardy. Critical habitat has not been proposed for the sunflower sea star and is not considered here.
