To identify signalling pathways altered by GALNT7 in prostate cancer cells, we established DU145 and CWR22Rv1 stable cell lines in which GALNT7 was overexpressed or knocked down, respectively. We then performed differential gene expression and Gene Ontology analyses using data obtained from RNA-seq of the control and OE/KD cell lines. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for Lenti-ORF negative control DU145 cells vs DU145 with GALNT7 overexpression, and shControl CWR22Rv1 cells vs CWR22Rv1 with GALNT7 KD.
