The Inner Mongolia and Qinghai-Tibet Grassland Soil Biota Dataset

The grassland ecosystem is the important part of the terrestrial ecosystem. In China, most grasslands locate in Inner Mongolia and Qinghai-Tibet. As a subset of Soil Biota database, the Inner Mongolia and Qinghai-Tibet grassland soil biota dataset is used to collect and integrate community compositions of soil biota (fauna, fungi, bacteria, and archaea) from these areas. Moreover, the environmental factors related to the sampling sites and soil samples are also collected, such as geographic positions, climates, plants, soil types, and soil physical and chemical properties.
