Aeromonas caviae Genome sequencing

Aeromonas spp. are capable of causing a variety of diseases to marine fish worldwide and multi-drug resistant (MDR) Aeromonas isolates in aquatic environments increase their burden on publish health. We mainly conducted whole genome sequencing of Aeromonas caviae analyze the presence of resistance genes in the strains, elucidate the resistance mechanisms of resistance genes, and gain a deeper understanding of their impact on public health.
