In this study, the root exudates of potato onion(Allium cepa L. var. agrogatum Don.), greengrocery(Brassica campestris L.), mint(Mentha haplocalyx Briq.) and fennel(Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) were applied to tomato inoculated with root-knot nematodes, and their physiological responses to tomato roots were studied to identify genes and pathways related to tomato resistance, and to explore tomato resistance related regulatory networks.
