Monitoring Viral Evolution and Epidemiological Characteristics of SARS-CoV-2 during 2022-2023 using Integrated Genomic Surveillance

Here we report the results of our integrated genomic and virological surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 in Germany on SARS-CoV-2 genomes sampled from December 1, 2021 to April 30, 2023 The dataset includes genome sequences in FASTA format, complemented by a TSV file providing the corresponding collection dates. With version 2, we also provide an additional file containing the primer sets used for amplification (XLSX). With version 4, we also provide additional files containing supplementary information for selected figures in the manuscript.
