资源简介:
Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) are among the most prevalent immune cells in tumors, often promoting tumor growth and contributing to resistance against anti-tumor therapies. Consequently, targeting TAMs has emerged as a promising immunotherapeutic strategy to control their recruitment or reprogramming. Here, we examined the effects of the PU.1 inhibitor DB2313 on TAMs using a melanoma mouse model. TAMs were isolated and purified from melanoma obtained from drug vehicle- and DB2313-treated mice. RNA-seq was applied to examine the transcriptomics of TAMs.
