This classification includes the destination of a work in construction. The destination of a building is determined by the activities that will be carried out in it. It can be residential, when it is mainly intended for people to live in it; or non-residential. In the event that the work affects buildings with different destination, the usual criterion to be followed to determine the main destination will be the surface.
