Replication Code and Supplementary Data Tables for: Technology-Contingent Efficiency Gradients and the Aggregation Paradox in Aquaculture: Evidence across Elevation Clusters in Indonesia

This repository contains the replication code and supplementary data tables supporting the manuscript "Technology-Contingent Efficiency Gradients and the Aggregation Paradox in Aquaculture: Evidence across Elevation Clusters in Indonesia," submitted to Economies (MDPI). The dataset comprises: (1) three supplementary data tables (Table S1–S3) reporting full robustness-check results referenced in the manuscript — specification convergence (truncated regression vs. linear mixed-effects vs. beta regression), constant-returns-to-scale (CRS) vs. variable-returns-to-scale (VRS) sensitivity, and a six-group meta-frontier robustness check; and (2) fourteen R scripts used to compute the meta-frontier DEA efficiency scores, truncated regression results, decomposition analysis, and all robustness checks and figures reported in the manuscript. The underlying farm-level survey dataset is available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request due to respondent confidentiality.
