Dataset for Preliminary Sequential Thermo-Mechanical Analysis of a Simplified CFRP–Aluminum Satellite Solar-Array Wing under a Prescribed Heat-Flux Cycle

Dataset supporting the preliminary sequential thermo-mechanical finite-element analysis of a simplified CFRP–aluminum satellite solar-array wing subjected to a prescribed 5400 s heat-flux cycle. The dataset documents the thermal loading definition, regional temperature statistics, displacement results, support reaction-force history, mesh information, material properties, and supporting figures used in the associated baseline study. The analysis is intended as a reproducible numerical baseline and not as a validated prediction of orbital thermal behavior or structural strength. Local extreme stress and strain values identified near bonded interfaces are reported as potentially non-converged numerical field extrema and are excluded from design interpretation.
