Transcriptomic Profiling of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of centenarians

This project aims to investigate transcriptomic alterations associated with exceptional human longevity by profiling peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from centenarians and age-matched elderly controls. RNA-seq was performed on PBMCs isolated from centenarians and elderly individuals. This dataset provides a valuable resource for studying transcriptomic features associated with extreme longevity in humans.
