Datasets and supporting material for "Whole-body simulation of realistic fruit fly locomotion with deep reinforcement learning". This work presents an anatomically-detailed body model of the fruit fly <i>Drosophila melanogaster</i> for MuJoCo physics simulator and reinforcement learning applications. The fly model was developed in a collaborative effort by Google DeepMind and HHMI Janelia Research Campus. We envision our model as a platform for fruit fly biophysics simulations and for modeling neural control of sensorimotor behavior in an embodied context. 本数据集与辅助材料配套于论文《基于深度强化学习实现果蝇运动的全身逼真模拟》(*Whole-body simulation of realistic fruit fly locomotion with deep reinforcement learning*)。本研究面向MuJoCo物理模拟器(MuJoCo)与深度强化学习应用,构建了具备精细解剖学细节的黑腹果蝇(*Drosophila melanogaster*)躯体模型。该果蝇模型由谷歌深度思维(Google DeepMind)与霍华德·休斯医学研究所珍妮莉亚研究园区(HHMI Janelia Research Campus)联合开发。我们期望该模型可作为开展果蝇生物物理模拟研究,以及在具身情境下对感觉运动行为的神经控制进行建模的研究平台。本果蝇模型与配套代码已开源至:https://github.com/TuragaLab/flybody
