GCMS data: Repellent secretion Phyllium letiranti female (Phasmatodea: Phylliidae)
收藏资源简介:
GCMS data from the repellent secretion of Phyllium letiranti female. Utilizing an Agilent 7890B series gas chromatograph coupled with an Agilent 5977C mass selective detector (GC-MS), the chemical components of the repellent secretion were analysed. Employing an HP-5MS column measuring 30 meters in length with an inner diameter of 0.25 mm and a film thickness of 0.25 μm (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA, USA), an automatic injection of 1 μl per extract was conducted using the split/splitless injector in splitless mode, maintained at a temperature of 300°C. Commencing at 60°C, the gas chromatograph's temperature was gradually increased at a rate of 5°C per minute until reaching 300°C, which was then sustained for a span of 10 minutes. Helium as carrier gas with a column flow of 1 ml per minute was upheld throughout the analytical process. The mass spectrometer parameters included an electron beam energy of 70 eV, a source temperature of 230°C, and a quadrupole temperature of 150°C.
