Enhanced contribution of particle-associated diazotrophs to arctic nitrogen fixation

This project investigates nitrogen fixation by particle-associated diazotrophs in the Arctic Ocean. Using nifH amplicon sequencing combined with bulk and single-cell measurements, we assess the contribution, diversity, and ecological drivers of non-cyanobacterial diazotrophs across different particle fractions in the Barents Sea.
