Raw and processed data for qRT-PCR, ELISA and Western Blot assays on the equine endometrium

Raw and processed quantitative data (qRT-PCR, ELISA and Western Blot) supporting the manuscript "Expression of Key Components of TGF-β1 Signaling Pathway in the Equine Endometrium: Influence of the Estrous Cycle and Histopathological Alterations". The repository includes plate layouts, raw absorbance readings, calibration curves with calculated sample concentrations, and Western blot signal intensity and normalization data, as well as qRT-PCR outputs from the qPCR Miner algorithm and normalized initial expression values (R0) relative to the reference gene, used for statistical analysis.
