资源简介:
This dataset describes the biological effects of monocytes and macrophage subsets (M1 and M2) on squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) cell behavior. It includes immunohistochemical analyses of SCC biopsies demonstrating elevated CD163 expression, indicative of M2 macrophage infiltration, and in vitro experiments using conditioned media derived from monocytes, M1, and M2 macrophages.
The dataset comprises quantitative data from cell proliferation, motility, and invasion assays performed on SCC25 and Detroit 562 cell lines, as well as gene expression analyses of EPCAM, MYC, and SOX2 transcripts obtained by RT-qPCR.
These data contribute to understanding the interaction between immune cells and tumor cells, revealing that monocytes and macrophage-derived mediators exert distinct and context-dependent effects on SCC progression. The dataset provides a relevant resource for studies focused on tumor immunology and macrophage-driven mechanisms in cancer development.
