中国铁建大桥工程局集团有限公司物资设备系统（以下简称“系统”）由中国铁建大桥工程局集团有限公司主导开发运营，成都润希网络科技有限公司负责具体开发事宜。开发初衷是为了将物资设备业务线上化，减少审批时间，提高业务处理效率。数据产生于系统的项目物资管理全流程业务应用场景，涵盖需求计划编制、采购计划生成、预中标及调价审批、收发料管理、结算核算等环节。收集过程中，项目层级对于未编码的物料信息进行编码申请，经上级编码人员审核处理后添加至编码库。数据通过集团超融合服务器平台进行本地存储，采用https加密传输，依托《网络信息安全管理办法》等制度保障收集过程的规范性与安全性，形成从业务操作到数据沉淀的全流程自动化收集体系。物资编码涵盖编码、名称、规格型号、计量单位等核心字段，还支持特殊材料、设备及周转材料的编码申请功能，经上级单位审批后同步至物料库，形成动态更新的编码数据库；设备编码包含三级分类名称、三级分类编码、设备名称、设备编码等字段。这些数据为结构化数据，是二次加工数据，属于企业数据，以实时更新的频率不断丰富完善。  

The Materials and Equipment System of China Railway Construction Bridge Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the System") is developed and operated under the leadership of China Railway Construction Bridge Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd., with specific development work undertaken by Chengdu Runxi Network Technology Co., Ltd. The original development goal is to digitize the materials and equipment business, reduce approval lead times, and improve business processing efficiency. The data is generated across the full-process business application scenarios of project material management within the System, covering links such as demand plan formulation, procurement plan generation, pre-bid and price adjustment approval, material receiving and issuing management, settlement and accounting, and other related processes. During the data collection process, project-level teams apply for coding for uncoded material information, which is reviewed and processed by superior coding personnel before being added to the coding repository. The data is stored locally on the group's hyper-converged server platform, transmitted via HTTPS encryption, and the standardization and security of the data collection process are guaranteed under relevant regulations including "Network Information Security Management Measures", forming a fully automated end-to-end data collection system spanning from business operations to data accumulation. The material coding covers core fields including code, name, specification and model, and unit of measurement. It also supports coding application functions for special materials, equipment and turnover materials, which are synchronized to the material library after approval by superior units, thus forming a dynamically updated coding database. The equipment coding includes fields such as tertiary classification name, tertiary classification code, equipment name, and equipment code. These data are structured, secondary-processed enterprise data, which are continuously enriched and improved with a real-time update frequency.
