We are detecting and isolating various pathogenic bacteria from food and environmental samples to check the antibiotics resistance status of these bacteria, hence the isolated strains are identified by microbiological and genomic approaches, the whole genome sequencing of these strains is done for their complete taxonomy and for detection of antibiotics resistant genes and gene clusters
