Ultra-low RNA Sequencing of Live+CD3+CD8+CD44+ T cells from Flu-infected and Non-infected Lean and Obese Lungs

Live+CD3+CD8+CD44+ T cells were sorted on the FACSAria II from lungs of lean and obese C57BL/6J mice (fed high fat diet 60% kcal), either on day 0 of infection (non-infected) or day 10 post-infection (H1N1 influenza A/PR/8/34 virus). The sorted T cells were sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq 4000 using a 2x150bp Paired End configuration. Overall design: Sorted T cells came from 4 different groups: (1) Lean (fed low fat diet 10% kcal) C57BL/6J mice, non-infected day 0 lung tissue harvested (2) Lean C57BL/6J mice, infected day 10 lung tissues harvested (H1N1 influenza A/PR/8/34 virus) (3) Obese (fed high fat diet 60% kcal) C57BL/6J mice, non-infected day 0 lung tissue harvested (4) Obese C57BL/6J mice, infected day 10 lung tissues harvested (H1N1 influenza A/PR/8/34 virus)
