Genome wide expression change by MCF-7 cells treated with MST1/2 inhibitor

We aim to the investigate the role of MST inhibitor in breast cancer progression. MCF-7 cells were used as the model. The MCF-7 cells were treated with vehicle or 3 uM MST1/2 inhibitor . After 6 hours, cells were harvested and the total RNA was extacted by Qiagen kit. The RNA sample was sent to BGI for RNA expression anaylsis.
