Characterisation of tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) landraces and varieties under organic farming in Greece (2019, 2022–2024)

This dataset contains trial data from the characterisation of tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) landraces and varieties evaluated under organic farming conditions in Greece during 2019 and 2022–2024. The trials were led by Aegilops as part of the Horizon Europe LiveSeeding project (T1.1 Dynamic Management of Plant Genetic Resources). The dataset includes agronomic, phenological, morphological, yield, fruit quality and post-harvest traits, including germination, plant development, flowering and maturity, fruit characteristics, yield performance, disease and stress resistance, sensory traits, fruit quality parameters, and evaluations of organic adaptation, consumer preference, and farmer acceptance.
