Effect of MET and PNF on Hamstring Tightness : A Randomized Clinical Trial

This study was to investigate the effect of muscle energy technique specifically reciprocal inhibition and Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitations specifically contract relax these techniques were used in order to reduce the tightness of hamstring muscle and promote flexibility.
