Dataset of seagrass bed monitoring, Puerto Morelos, Mexico, 2019

This data set (in Excel format), contains in-situ condition information for six reef lagoon sites from Puerto Morelos Arrecife National Park, surveyed in June 2019. We present results on the spatial variability of the seagrasses communities through biological variables: specific meadow composition, seagrass density, canopy height, and biomass.
