Cybersecurity Incident Analysis for Cycon 2026 (Boundaries of Wartime Disclosure: Information Governance and Whole-of-Society Defense in Cybersecurity Incidents)

This is a dataset prepared specifically for the CyCon 2026 paper “Boundaries of Wartime Disclosure: Information Governance and Whole-of-Society Defense in Cybersecurity Incidents.” Currently, it contains two files: A prompt provided to the AI for this paper, which includes the rubric used in the study, the rules for event segmentation, and the classification framework. A file containing the literature referenced in the paper, the number of cyberattack incident units evaluated, and the corresponding evaluation results. In addition, the codebook will be provided at a later stage.
