数据采集时间为2017-2020年，数据在北京大学第一医院和中国医学科学院皮肤病医院采集。此图集图谱来源于项目产生的原始数据，含1条记录。由于TRPV3 在毛囊中的表达模式和 TRPV3 突变导致毛发稀疏的主要病理过程仍有争议，所以我们首先用灵敏度高、特异性强的 RNAscope 原位杂交技术检测了 TRPV3 转录本在小鼠毛囊中的表达模式，然后建立了 Trpv3-Flag 报告小鼠，并以免疫荧光
