资源简介:
The optimization problem investigates the shape and thickness of membrane shells made of isotropic materials. The models contain the precalculated shapes and thickesses of the optimal shapes for materials with different Poisson's coefficients (nu=0, nu=0.25, nu=0.5). Three archived datasets ("nu0.zip", "nu025.zip", "nu05.zip") are provided as the compressed files. In each ZIP-file there are the source codes in APDL-language as well the nodal coordinates and the element proprieties. The theory for calculation is in the below cited manuscript. ANSYS-Classic database-format file and result file from ANSYS-Classic. The other files contain the ASCII-coded arrays for nodal coordinates and element parameters. All data from each ZIP-archive must be decompressed in the separate folder, one folder pro dataset. ANSYS APDL datasets contain three finite-element models for the optimal shapes momentless shells. Each ZIP-dataset includes ASCII APDL input codes, binary database files (.db) and binary results files (.rst). For the execution the "Student" version of commercial FE codes ANSYS is necessary. The calculations were proceeded with "ANSYS 2024 Student", but are also possible with the earlier versions of the programs, with the exceptipons of binary coded files. The ACSII APDL scripts ("aashell-nc.inp" and "aashell_sC.inp") must run from each available for Windows versions of ANSYS Mechanical APDL. These files call the nodal, FE-mesh and boundary conditions data, and initiate the solution and postprocessing. The datasets are considered as the additional software for the book project "Fundamentals of Structural Optimization (II)". The calculations should help the reader to understand the analytical treatment of the optimization problems and perform simple verifications of analytical procedures with the numerical calculations.
