Maps of probability of presence for zooplankton and phytoplankton for the ecosystem model OSMOSE-WFS

This dataset contains maps of probability of presence for the zooplankton and phytoplankton groups represented in the ecosystem model OSMOSE-WFS, for the different months of the year. Maps of probability of presence for the zooplankton group were produced from SEAPODYM data for the period 2000-present (which we requested to Patrick Lehodey and Beatriz Calmettes, Collecte Localisation Satellites, France, in October 2016). The maps of probability of presence for the phytoplankton group were produced from SeaWiFS chlorophyll-a concentration data for the period 2005-2009 (downloaded from: http://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/SeaWiFS/). The maps of probability of presence provided here are not for specific years, but rather long-term distribution maps for the period 2005-2009.
