FEATURES OF MENSTRUAL AND REPRODUCTIVE FUNCTION DEVELOPMENT IN GIRLS WITH CONNECTIVE TISSUE DYSPLASIA (LITERATURE REVIEW)

Connective tissue dysplasia (CTD) constitutes a congenital condition encompassing genetically determined syndromic and symptomatic complexes marked by structural defects in fibrous elements and fundamental components of connective tissue. Such abnormalities result in compromised development and function across multiple organs and physiological systems. The following review addresses a critical issue: the development of menstrual and reproductive function in pubescent girls in the context of mesenchymal pathology, particularly undifferentiated forms of connective tissue dysplasia. Additionally, it explores potential pharmacological interventions, including the administration of trace elements, hormonal agents, and adaptogens, as strategies for correction.
