Nuclear Localization of Argonaute is affected by Cell Density and May Relieve Repression by microRNAs

In this study, we grew WT HCT116 cells to different levels of cell density by growing them for 3 Days (50% confluent), 5 Days (250% confluent), and 7 Days (400% confluent), and we extracted whole cell RNA from cells at these different growth conditions for small RNA and whole transcriptome sequencing. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of whole transcriptome sequencing data and small-RNA-sequencing data for whole cell RNA from HCT116 cells grown to varying levels of cell density or cell confluency.
