SOLO: Side-Channel Power Consumption Traces for ML-KEM (Kyber) Implementations - TVLA and Straightforward CPA

This dataset contains the physical side-channel observation traces gathered during the evaluation of the SOLO (Side-Channel Observations of Lattice-based Operations) framework. The dataset consists of two primary subsets stored in HDF5 (.h5) format: ML-KEM_Decaps_VariableKey_10000.h5: 10,000 power consumption traces capturing the Decapsulation operation of the post-quantum cryptography standard ML-KEM using variable/random cryptographic keys. ML-KEM_Decaps_FixedKey_10000.h5: 10,000 power consumption traces capturing the Decapsulation operation under a fixed cryptographic key configuration for leakage profiling. These traces are intended to assist researchers in evaluating non-profiled and profiled side-channel analysis vulnerabilities in lattice-based post-quantum cryptography implementations.
