Minimum dataset and analysis code for: Spatial Heterogeneity in Early Post-Fire Spectral Recovery Across Forest Stand Structures After the 2025 Gyeongsangbuk-do Megafire: The Role of Burn Severity in an Optical–Radar Multi-Sensor Assessment
收藏资源简介:
Minimum derived dataset and analysis code accompanying the article Spatial Heterogeneity in Early Post-Fire Spectral Recovery Across Forest Stand Structures After the 2025 Gyeongsangbuk-do Megafire: The Role of Burn Severity in an Optical–Radar Multi-Sensor Assessment (manuscript under review in Fire, MDPI; revised version 31). Contents: (1) minimum_dataset_v31.csv, one row per damaged stand polygon of the analysis sample (39,521 polygons; forest-type attributes, burn severity, recovery indices, Sentinel-1 VH metrics, terrain, seed-source distance, out-of-fold predictions and field-verification priority flags; no geometries); (2) sample_flow_v31.csv; (3) Sentinel-2 and Sentinel-1 scene inventories; (4) code_v31.zip, the analysis code in pipeline order (Google Earth Engine extraction, preprocessing, analyses) with package versions. Column definitions and the pipeline order are given in README.txt. Not included: satellite imagery (openly available through Google Earth Engine), polygon geometries and the Korea Forest Service forest-type map, which is not redistributed and can be obtained through the Forest Spatial Information Service (https://map.forest.go.kr) following its application procedure.
