The potential mechanism of FTO regulating glomerular mesangial cell proliferation in CGN

FTO has been confirmed in previous studies to have significantly reduced expression in CGN and to regulate the excessive proliferation of glomerular mesangial cells. In order to study the mechanism by which FTO regulates glomerular mesangial cell proliferation, we screened genes downstream of FTO through RNA sequencing. RNA-seq analysis was used to quantify FTO overexpression-induced gene expression changes and to identify FTO-related mRNAs.
