This project is aimed at identifying differentially expressed genes in two asparagus bean cultivars under cold stress. One of them is cold tolerant, while the other is cold sensitive. Transcriptome analysis of these two will enable us to understand the gene expression patern of asparagus bean under cold treatment and the difference between two cultivars.
