We generated intrahepatic cholangiocyte organoids and fetal hepatocyte organoids to compare their transcriptomic profile with liver tissue, primary human hepatocytes, and other hepatocyte model systems. Overall design: Comparative gene expression analysis of RNA-seq data for intrahepatic cholangiocyte organoids (expansion, 4d and 8d differentiation), fetal hepatocyte organoids and liver tissue.
