Indonesian Corporate Employees RCT Participant Dataset

This dataset contains individual-level information on 180 employees recruited from Indonesian technology companies and randomly assigned to either the micro-learning intervention group (n=90) or the traditional one-day workshop group (n=90). It includes demographic variables (age bands 22–30, 31–40, 41–50), gender, and education level (bachelor’s and master’s), all of which were used to demonstrate baseline balance and to account for potential clustering at the company level in subsequent mixed-effects models. This dataset is the foundation for the parallel-group randomized controlled trial design and documents the success of allocation concealment and comparability between groups.
