Bulk RNA-seq of whole blood from mice infected with Influenza A with or without treatment

This project profiles whole-blood RNA from female C57BL/6 mice at day 5 after sublethal Influenza A H1N1 IVR-180 challenge, with or without treatment(piceatannol, triacsinC). Animals were assigned to six groups: PBS+virus, piceatannol+virus, triacsinC+virus, piceatannol+mock, triacsinC+mock, and PBS+mock (n=5 per group). Libraries were sequenced on Illumina NovaSeq using 2x150 bp paired-end reads to quantify systemic host responses.
