The observation site is located at the Wuying Forest Ecological Monitoring Station of the China Meteorological Administration (48 ° 14 ′ 2 ″ N, 129 ° 11 ′ 57 ″ E, altitude 393 m). The terrain is high in the east and low in the west, and the average tree height near the ecological station is about 23-25 m. There is a gradient observation field built in the station, with an area of 50 m × 50 m, located in the secondary coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest. There is a 70 m high gradient observation tower in the observation field, and the main observation instruments include gradient observation system, vorticity related system, radiation observation system, and soil water and heat observation system. The ultrasonic anemometer model (manufacturer) is WindMaster (Gill, USA), and the CO2/H2O analyzer is Li 7500RS (Li Co, USA). Using Eddypro 7.0, the raw observation data of the vorticity measurement system (frequency of 10 Hz) was processed into a 30 minute average value, removing outliers with unreasonable values and obvious errors. Then, linear deconvolution, coordinate rotation (secondary rotation), time lag correction, frequency response correction, ultrasound virtual temperature correction, and density effect correction (WPL) were performed. Finally, a series of turbulence statistical operations such as mean, fluctuation, variance, covariance, and flux were performed. The quality of the flux data was evaluated based on stability tests and development turbulence condition tests, and the data quality was divided into three levels: 0 level had the best data quality, 1 level had good data quality, and 2 level had poor data quality. Exclude the latent heat flux data before and after 1 hour of precipitation, and use Tovi 2.9.1 to process the 30 minute flux data as follows: (1) Exclude the data when there is an instrument error; (2) Exclude data with a quality level of 2; (3) Exclude data beyond the reasonable range (in this article, the threshold values for sensible heat flux and latent heat flux are set to -200~500 W · m-2); (4) Excluding the observation data of weak turbulence at night, the threshold of friction velocity u * is determined by MPT method; (5) Use marginal distribution sampling (MDS) for interpolation of flux data that has undergone quality control. The first column in the file is the date (year, month, day), the second column is the time (hour, minute), the third column is the pre interpolation CO2 flux, the fourth column is the mass code of the pre interpolation CO2 flux, the fifth column is the pre interpolation sensible heat flux, the sixth column is the mass code of the pre interpolation sensible heat flux, the seventh column is the pre interpolation latent heat flux, the eighth column is the mass code of the pre interpolation latent heat flux, the ninth column is the post interpolation net ecosystem carbon exchange, the tenth column is the post interpolation net ecosystem carbon exchange mass code, the eleventh column is the post interpolation total primary productivity, the twelfth column is the post interpolation ecosystem respiration, the thirteenth column is the post interpolation sensible heat flux, and the fourteenth column is the post interpolation net ecosystem carbon exchange. The mass encoding of post sensible heat flux, the fifteenth column is the interpolated latent heat flux, and the sixteenth column is the interpolated latent heat flux mass encoding.
