Raw sequences used to perform metagenomic analysis on samples collected from CSTRs reactors. The initial inoculum derived from an anaerobic digester working at 37 degrees and the CSTRs were fed with sulfate-rich biopulp as feedstock. A bioremediation experiment was performed using magnetite to study its effect ono DIET-based processes.
