资源简介:
This dataset contains the graph description of the microvascular networks in six regions of interests from 3 human brains (2 CAA cases and 1 control case), as described in "Blood vessels within enlarged perivascular spaces in cerebral amyloid angiopathy are tortuous and disconnected: insights from cleared human brain tissue samples", JCBFM (2025), https://doi.org/10.1177/0271678X251369256 o=occipital region f=frontal region p=parietal region The data format used is explained in file Readme_Network.txt. Two movies (CAA1o.mp4 and CAA1f.mp4) also navigate through the volume-stitched light-sheet imaging stacks for samples CAA1o and CAA1f, with vessel channel in green merged with amyloid beta channel in red. Finally, a high resolution version of all figures and of the supplementary file is available.
