Exosomal miRNA differences in Plasma in Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients

Plasma exosomal miRNA may differ between adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients and healthy individuals. Sequencing analysis was used to find these differential miRNAs. Overall design: Peripheral blood was collected from adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis and healthy individuals. Plasmawere collected and total RNA was extracted. RNA-seq sequencing was used to compare the genetic differences.
