资源简介:
Radiation-induced enteritis is a common and severe complication of abdominal radiotherapy, yet effective therapeutic strategies remain limited. In this study, a SpragueâDawley rat model of radiation-induced intestinal injury was established using a single dose of 10 Gy X-ray irradiation. Rats were divided into control, radiation model, and treatment groups, with the treatment group receiving Changbing Formula intervention following irradiation. Intestinal tissues were collected for transcriptome sequencing to investigate gene expression changes associated with radiation injury and therapeutic intervention. High-throughput RNA sequencing was performed using the Illumina NovaSeq platform, and gene-level expression profiles were generated to elucidate molecular mechanisms underlying radiation-induced enteritis and the protective effects of Changbing Formula. Overall design: SpragueâDawley rats were randomly assigned to three groups: control, radiation-induced enteritis model, and treatment. The model and treatment groups were exposed to a single dose of 10 Gy X-ray irradiation to induce intestinal injury. The treatment group received Changbing Formula intervention after irradiation. Intestinal tissues were harvested for bulk RNA sequencing to compare transcriptomic alterations among the three groups.
