资源简介:
The aim of this cDNA array study is to search for advanced markers related to the pathogenesis of arsenic-induced urinary bladder tumor. The result revealed a number of gene expressions involved in carcinogenic progression of mice urinary bladder. Each two female C57BL/6 mice were distributed into the control (fed with RO water) and arsenic-treated (fed with 50 ppm arsenic-contained RO water) groups for two weeks. Subsequently, their urinary bladders were used to acquire expression profiles of 26,423 unique genes, leading to successful determination of the differentially expressed genes and pathways involved in arsenic-induced carcinogenesis.
