MEME Analysis Output With Alignment and Domain Annotations

(Excel Document) MEME analysis output was downloaded and and annotated with corresponding protein domains/sites in the Human MAVS protein at the residue level. Additional annotations were made to show corresponding residue values (site numbers) in the Human MAVS protein, a PDB file used for structural analysis, and to denote alignment gaps (indels highlighted in Red) where analysis was considered less trustworthy. Finally, sites with a positive selection likelihood of P<0.1 were highlighted in green with a cell rule.
