The DNA sequences of Saccharomyces pastorianus non-S. cerevisiae-type ORFs have been deposited into DDBJ/GenBank/EMBL Accession Numbers CJ992285-CJ998763. The Central Laboratories for Frontier Technology (Japan) sequenced approximately 22000 ESTs from Saccharomyces pastorianus strain KBY011. The cDNA libraries were generated from yeast cells harvested during beer fermentation. Similarities were found to S. cerevisiae-type and S. bayanus ORFs.
