资源简介:
The Children's Services Mapping project was an online data collection and reporting system that aimed to provide information about services for children and young people in England. The mapping of children's services was originally developed in 2002 to provide a description of specialist child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) in England and since then the annual exercise has successfully tracked change in service provision to support the measurement of performance and to help drive forward improvements in CAMHS investment, staffing and activity. In 2005, the mapping system was extended to cover dedicated child health and maternity services and in 2007 the first joint report of the mapping exercise was published which was structured around the 11 standards of the children’s National Service Framework. The UK Data Archive holds data from 2006-2009. The purpose of the mapping system was to:

support Children's Trust partners in developing joint commissioning strategies

support joint service planning, development and provision

assist in the bid for resources

act as a source of data for national, regional and local performance monitoring

provide annual updates for the development and maintenance of local service directories

Further information and links to publications may be found on the Children's Services Mapping website.
