Simulated bacterial metagenome dataset for antimicrobial resistance limit of detection study. Five different organisms were subsampled to 0.1, 1, 2, 5, and 10 fold genome coverage and mixed to synthesise mock-metagenomes. Ten replicates of each mixture were created.
